Jesús Álvarez

Jesús Álvarez Cervantes (Madrid, 1958) is one of the most recognizable faces in Spanish sports journalism. The son of legendary broadcaster Jesús Álvarez, he has built a solid career at RTVE, where he has hosted and directed some of Televisión Española’s most iconic sports programs, such as “Telediario” and “Estudio Estadio.” His professionalism, rigor, and approachability have earned him the respect of the public and his colleagues.

Throughout his career, he has covered major international events, such as the Olympic Games, World Cups, and European championships, becoming a witness to and narrator of historic moments in sports.
