Javier Diez Carmona

Javier Díez Carmona (Bilbao, 1969) holds a degree in Economics, but his true passion is writing. He has been awarded in over a hundred literary competitions (mostly for short stories, but also for poetry and theater), has contributed to several anthologies, and began his career with two young adult novels and two for adult audiences. In 2021, he established himself as one of the most promising writers of crime fiction in Spain with the trilogy Justicia, Solas, and Venganza, which received unanimous praise from critics.
