Puro fuego

Punto de Lectura 2008

America, 1950s. Families are breaking apart, and teenage gangs and delinquency are on the rise.

A group of girls is determined to fight the sexism that oppresses them. The members of Foxfire, an outlaw gang, are between thirteen and sixteen years old, carry pistols, and above all, harbor a secret they must never reveal to Them, for doing so would mean the end of their quest for justice.

They never do harm for pleasure or revenge; their sole purpose is to claim the rights that a hypocritical society denies them.
