THE LEGENDARY LA CARTUJA FACTORY REOPENS ITS DOORS
Secrets, intrigue, and passion come alive in early 20th-century Seville
A WOMAN MARKED BY MEMORIES
Seville, 1911. Nine years have passed since Trinidad traveled to the city to uncover her family’s history, tied to the legendary La Cartuja ceramics. Now back in England and fully dedicated to her work as a ceramist, she receives a letter from the Marquise of Pickman, owner of the pottery factory, which will bring her back to the place that shaped her life.
AN IRRESISTIBLE ARTISTIC CHALLENGE
The proposal is to participate in the grand project that will make the city shine like never before: the construction of the Plaza de España, where she will work hand in hand with the ambitious architect Aníbal González. This monumental artistic challenge will take Trinidad from aristocratic parties in the Real Alcázar palace to the humble workshops of Triana, shaking her destiny with struggles of class and the love of two men.
