Paloma Caro

Paloma Caro, always a nomad and at times an emigrant like her family for generations, is of French and Spanish origin. Her grandparents and parents lived in France, Algeria, Morocco, and finally in Spain, where she was born. She recognizes places by their scent, finding them even in the neighborhoods of the most aseptic cities. In that place that smells of spiced food and clean laundry, she will always feel at home. She worked for years in communications at an American multinational and other companies in the sector. In 2008, she acquired and renovated a charming small hotel in Las Terrenas, a town with many French and Canadian residents in the northeast of the Dominican Republic, where she has lived for the past few years.
