Agency Bookbank

Founded in 1983 by Ángeles González Díez, Bookbank was one of the pioneering literary agencies in Spain, standing out for its work representing publishers and foreign agents both nationally and in Latin America.

From the beginning, Alicia González Sterling was part of the team as a literary agent, and in 1996 she took over the agency, expanding its focus to represent Spanish writers both in Spain and abroad.

In 2021, Lua Gasset González joined the team after a decade of experience in the field of communications, both in Spain and Germany. Her addition strengthened Bookbank’s commitment to the evolution of the publishing sector and the effective promotion of its authors.

With over four decades of experience, at Bookbank we are dedicated to promoting literary talent, offering a personalized and strategic service to help each work reach its full potential. We represent a carefully selected group of writers across a wide variety of genres, from commercial fiction to children’s, young adult, and non-fiction literature.

Our work includes managing copyright, negotiating contracts, and promoting works in global publishing markets. We believe in the value of every story and work passionately to connect our authors with the right readers.
